Accommodation

Participants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. The Organising Committee is negotiating discounts with several hotels close to the meeting venue. Further details (with direct internet links to each hotel’s booking system) will be posted on this page as soon as they are available.

However, there are hundreds of hotels of all grades and prices in Rome and participants can also make their own independent arrangements (just search ‘Rome hotels’ on the internet). The meeting venue is located just south of the city centre, near the San Paolo metro station on Line B.

Inclusive flight/hotel packages offer very good deals and are also readily available.

Please remember that Rome is a very popular tourist destination. Book early!
